Sleeping combinations
The main house has 5 spacious king bedrooms all
with luxury hotel quality bedding and linen, a king single ante room
and loft with a double day bed. The separate guesthouse is also fitted
with a double day bed. Sleeping combinations can accommodate up to
7 couples or 13 singles.
Bathrooms
The main house has two bathrooms, one with relaxing
spa with a third bathroom in the guesthouse which also houses the
traditional Swedish sauna.
Kitchen and dining
The open plan modern kitchen is perfect for gourmet self catering with
granite benchtops, stainless steel appliances, walk in pantry and is
fully equipped with all cooking accessories, stylish white Maxwell Williams
china, serving platters, quality glassware and stainless steel cutlery.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining room has been established in country farm tradition with a large Oregon table, bench seats and carvers at each end to comfortably seat 10-12 adults .
Indoor facilities
The house is cosy in winter with 2 timber fireplaces and individual
heating in each room. Summer is cool and relaxed with year-round split
system airconditioning.
Waymount Farm is equipped with a host of technology inclusions to keep everyone occupied including - DVD, Play Station 2 and 3 CD players. Challenge your friends to a game of pool or snooker on the 7x5 slate pool table or try table tennis in the guest house.
Outdoor facilities
Waymount Farm has been established for guests to enjoy the outdoors.
There are the stunning views across the pasture to Cambewarra Mountain.
Guests can dine and relax by the pool in the garden courtyard which features a large umbrella, teak outdoor setting and 6 burner gas BBQ. The pool itself is large enough for lapping.
Being bounded by Bomaderry Creek, the property itself is lovely to walk around. Stroll along the meandering creek that encircles the property and catch a glimpse of water dragons, ducks, wombats, wallabies and birdlife galore.
Waymount Farm is a permanent home to horses and
cows which graze on the property. These animals may be approached with
care and fed carrots and apples.

The majority of Waymount Farm is built on one level and features
level entry to the main dining and entertainment areas, bedrooms and
bathrooms.
